ArkivMusic is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, booklets, and inserts are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your music collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
