What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 10-21 business days.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
What is your return policy for physical media?
We accept returns on unopened CDs, DVDs, and Vinyl within 30 days of purchase. If an item is defective, it can be exchanged for the same title at no additional cost.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payments via PayPal.
Are the recordings you sell authentic and new?
Yes, ArkivMusic only sells brand new, authentic recordings sourced directly from authorized labels and distributors. We do not sell used or counterfeit goods.
Can I cancel or modify an order after it has been placed?
